Voting
Early voting takes place Oct. 15–31. Ballots can be returned by mail, or dropped off in person at your county board of elections or an early voting site in your county during the early voting period. Ballots must be received, not just postmarked, by 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 3. Voters cannot return an absentee ballot to a polling place on Election Day.
Registration
The deadline to register by mail, online or in person to vote in North Carolina is Oct. 9. If you miss that deadline, you can still register and vote at the same time through same-day registration, available at any early voting site from Oct. 15 through Oct. 31. You may register to vote in person at an early voting location.
Volunteer
Working people are showing up to volunteer between now and Election Day to elect pro-union candidates across the country.
