Early voting takes place Oct. 19–30. Your application to vote by mail must be received, not postmarked, by Oct. 23. Your mail-in ballot must be received by the early voting clerk by 7 p.m. on Nov. 3 if the carrier envelope is not postmarked or by 5 p.m. on Nov. 4 if postmarked by 7 p.m. at the location of the election on Nov. 3.
